Little to No training was put on the phones after a week of reading pan-flits. I was the only agent taking 40-50 calls a day and taking online chat simultaneously. The company has you selling under a master agent will even try to make you sell in states you are not license in which is illegal and the company does not do anything with your license. I was there 3 months I was not appointed with all carriers or received any new state licenses. I was told in my interview after 30 days I can receive a bonus up to $700/month. I actually never received a bonus until 60 days after and I had to ask. I was only paid out bonus for one month and was never sent the policy {it was not included in my original new hire paperwork} until after quitting. I'd rather not have a job then to be in this horrible place one more second.

The worst thing I can say about working here is that people do not clean up after themselves in the common areas. We're all adults, I wish people would act like one.
