- Great team who genuinely care about the quality of work they do - Hawkwood has a fantastic reputation in the HR and People world which has followed me post-Hawkwood - Fun optional socials - Good clients - Lovely, central office - Hybrid working
Cons
When I was there, they only had the office for Mondays and Fridays, which was a bit annoying for hybrid working, i.e. I'd rather come in Tues-Thurs
