The people who work there are great. It is a very family oriented atmosphere.

There benefits were not the best. They offered 401K however they did not match anything you put in. Health Insurance was offered, however a little expensive compared to the other companies I had worked for previously.
Good vacation time to when starting off.
You can talk to the owner about issues and he will listen.
They care about taking care of their properties.
