Beeing frank, all the positive reviews published in social media are reviews which are forcefully reviewed by employees as per management rules. No one have the choice to put a negative review about a company when they are a present employee. I am here to express the actual strcuture of Hashroot. Eventhough I have worked and heard about different company atmoshphere, hashroot is showing a different path among rest of the companies. Previosuly hashroot provided freedom to employees, which was the only merit I could see in Hashroot. I can strongly say that, they only focuss on business level, they don't know how to treat employees. A company which take actions based on their personal interest and not based on their work quality. Rules and procedures changes all time. Certain rules are valid for selected persons only. They keep grabbing the poor people. No actions are performed from management side to improve the quality of techs. No weekend allowance, night shigt allowance, no cab facilties, no entertainment activities. They cut off per day salary if we accidently sleep in shift even for a short time. Management decisions are really foolish. They keep boosting unwanted peoples. There is no salary for freshers initially. Even if there is rules, the actions or consequences will be limited to couple of months and after that conditions will be same as before. QA team will point out unecesary mistakes to management rather than discussing the actual issue with respective techs. According to my opinion as the name indicate hashroot is still in root and it is high time they need to create a structured office.
