The work environment was horrendous. The air quality of the building was very substandard. I constantly noticed fiberglass flying all around the building and landing all over my clothing. The building did not have any climate control as well. It was incredibly hot in the summer time due to the presses and cold in the winter. The machinery was very poorly maintained as well. It was consistently breaking down. The greatest problem I had working here was having to deal with some coworkers I did not get along with. I had one coworker threaten to kill me. I complained to management about this and very little was done.

Moronic management. Decision-making based on cronyism and not merit. Employees rewarded for "phoning it in", while workers with a good work ethic are expected to pick up the slack without any recognition of a job well done.
