      Pros

      I love coming in to work every day! Our team works hard but also has a ton of fun. We get to solve tough problems for customers and grow together. Whether it's facing off in a La Croix hoops competition or hanging on a beach at an international retreat, every day is filled with surprises.

      Cons

      The structure can be somewhat ambiguous. It is a startup so that is to be expected.

      Pros

      I've worked at many startups and I've never been as happy as I am here. People here care about each other, the product, and our customers. No one has the mentality of "no that's not my job," everyone is willing to jump in and halp where able. We live by our values and have a good time while doing it. It's also great to work for a company where I love the product.

      Cons

      It's a small but quickly growing company so you have to be flexible and okay with change.

      Pros

      There is really no other startup or a product like Halp available on the market. The team is close, fun, witty, smart and we enjoy laughing daily together. Flexible WFH and remote options along with a real work/life balance! The company perks include an international trip once a year along with Friday lunches and a plethora of La Croix.
