Tech with a heart - but........Untapped potential

- Amazingly talented people with a genuine desire to help each other for the greater good - Excellent benefits (from memory) - Some really cool tech (was) being built for Hallmark (albeit unadopted!) - The old HR team, Kim and Ashley were the heartbeat of the company! - Greetings cards galore! 😂

Cons

- Back then...there was a disconnect with the mothership (Hallmark Cards), which meant that the great ideas and products being developed had little/no longer term direction or adoption. - As above, due to the disconnect, it felt like the team were doing great work but to no real end. A waste of incredible talent and ideas IMO. - The soft serve machine was never working! 😡 😂

Great culture and team. People truly cared for each other and were passionate about their work.

Cons

Corporate shot down any and all tech innovation. It’s a sinking ship ran by uneducated leadership who don’t see the value in staying current.
