      Good medical benefits, management is helpful

      Cons

      More PTO would be nice. We have no bonuses or profit sharing. 401K company matching needs some improvement. Heavy claim volume especially on Mondays.

      -pays above market rate in some areas -office is nice -Collaboration with colleagues in encouraged

      Cons

      -Supervisors can micromanage -It doesn't feel like anyone knows the direction the company wants to go -Career Advancement is nonexistent -Work/Life Balance is not great. A lot of pressure to stay late even if you show up early.
