      Pros

      Halco management and supervisors are very accommodating for time off requests. This is a very family-friendly, work-life balance job. It is a fast-paced work environment and no two days are the same!

      Cons

      Halco is always busy , but the busiest time is during the summer months, making it a black out time for vacation pay (July / August). You cannot use vacation pay, but can request unpaid time-off.

      Pros

      Halco Portables is a very busy place to work. Employees are knowledgeable but are provided training as well. I really enjoy working here. We are paid weekly, hours of work are Monday to Friday, full time employees have pretty good benefits and management are very accommodating with family life.

      Cons

      Occasionally there is overtime / long days, especially in the summer (busy season). Sometimes we get negative feedback from customers but we try to deescalate by remaining calm and validating their concerns. Negative feedback can be very disheartening. Some older equipment = breakdowns.
