Lack of transparency especially when it comes to stepping up Incompetent middle management which has inflated overnight The one who has a lot of connections inside the company has the biggest chance of advancement in his career. In a nutshell, HTEC is a service company, it does not have its own products despite the desire of the management to present the company to others as a tech company. Outsourcing has some benefits but the number of limitations outnumbers those benefits. It is all about a client for whom an individual is working. Career development is totally driven and constrained by the needs and opportunities of the project. If you are lucky that your project is well set up, you are in a good position to learn something new, otherwise, you are stuck.
