      HRSoft is remote-friendly to employees.

      Cons

      Owned by the VC Bow River Capital. This group does not care about the employees at their individual companies, their performance, or their contributions, and will lay off employees at will without reason or advance notice.

      Pros

      Worked with some good people there. C-Levels are so-so. Good company efforts to keep the culture up considering many are remote. Good work life balance if you choose.

      Cons

      Definitely not the company where you want a challenge, work above and beyond and get paid for it. The pace was slow, timelines rarely met and the quality of work was a lot less than I was used to. It felt like we were always catching up which is fine as we may have had cheaper resources but in the end things would be fine as long as it's in the green. At least that's the impression. Perfect if you like things to be chill.
