Pros

In a fancy building, Central Plaza. Good for fresh graduates in a sense that they can start from associate consultant instead of researcher. i.e. have more chance to meet candidates and clients. But it is also because of the high turnover rate, seasoned recruiters won’t stay long.

Cons

Super cold-blood top management. The leader treats every staff as a tool to make sales. She doesn’t respect people at all, just keep asking more and won’t appreciate one’s effort. Keep advocating the mindset "work is life, life is work, that is work-life balance". The leader keep playing the trick of bias and lead by conflict. The competition is extremely intense, no team spirit at all. They always believe that the business will be optimized if people compete with each other and regard everyone as competitors and enemies. Super-crazy management style, definitely not suitable for human.

Pros

A quite multi racial Environment In Central Palza- a fancy commercial building

Cons

The Disrespectful, Rude and Unethical leader with some some colleagues of similar styles; Extra long working hours; Daily Sales meeting everyday before the regular working hours; At least three evening meetings every week after the regular working hours; No partition with a lot of CCTVs above your head and all people are sitting in one open hall, including the leader and seniors; highly stressful Penalty when you forget to switch off the light, etc; Work there if you can stomach when the leader makes insults about you if you make some mistakes, such as criticizing you using foul language The leaders there sometimes make illogical and annoying remarks, just like the uneducated Being bad-mouthed is very normal there; High turnover of staff (but they don't care, coz one senior said once one has left, they can hire another one) You can work there if you feel comfortable when getting candidates info unethically during poaching The calculation of salary is relatively complicated. The commission is based on demanding conditions.
