The job itself may provide you good networking opportunities, especially with the Chineses State-owned Enterprises. If you are looking for developing connections with CN SOES, this might be a good start.
Cons
Colleagues are not cooperative, the company won't deliver the package that promised, no career path, no training (you need to pay for the training), not professional, toxic organisational culture. The company does not have a clear strategy and does not understand the industry.
