      Toxic work environment with Career Decay opportunities

      Pros

      1- Remote work that allows you to coast while overcharging clients and underdelivering on projects 2- Decent PTO policies 3- As good as health coverage you can get in a country with a broken healthcare system

      Cons

      1- Embarrassingly crass and uneducated leadership. 2- No long term vision. Their first business strategy is to trap clients into 10 year contracts and hold them hostage. Their second is to layoff and reorg. They are scrambling for new business ever since their second biggest client IBC has made the wise decision to leave their platform. 3- Legacy applications and technology that’s held together by bandaids and prayers. 4- Overworked employees that are constantly threatened with layoffs and reorgs. 5- Ageing workforce and leadership. You might enjoy working here if you’d like an immersive experience of corporate America in the 80s and enjoy working for out of touch men and women.
