Pros
Basic salary was decent to good and there was free parking. Really struggling to add anything else here!
Cons
The CEO is something else. Delusional to say the least. Not collaborative, not accessible. Why opt to have a reporting line beyond directors then? You wanted me to run around figure chasing which wasn’t even my core role. I delivered against the actual objectives but then you want to move the goalposts and get other colleagues to check which room I’m working from in the office? Are we at school?
