      Pros

      They make you feel as comfortable as possible when you are training in Cleveland. During my training Tina helped me with everything I needed to be prepared. Everyone in the warehouse was very out going and truly wanted to help. A real family atmosphere in Cleveland. After being in the warehouse for 3 weeks they sent me out to spend time with 4 different buyers so I could see the day-to-day life of a Regional Buyer. How much time and resources they invested in me during my training definitely made me realize the values that HGR has and how they truly want their employees to succeed to the best of their abilities.. Amazing experience all around.
