      - Access to good events - Good perks sometimes - The people within the company are very nice - it’s senior management that’s the problem….

      Cons

      - There is no transparency so it’s hard to feel secure in your job - Work culture is toxic thanks to a toxic senior management team. Nepotism and favouritism runs rife - No team morale and this trickles down from senior management and also reflects the shrinking print market - Lack of diversity - in 2026, it’s a very very poor reflection of media in London
