      Pros

      - Executive team who understands the importance of service-based leadership - High levels of healthy communication are not only encouraged, but required - Fun, familiar environment where laughter is appreciated - Flexibility to live almost anywhere - Periodic in-person gatherings for team-building - Company values love, humility, accountability and inclusivity - Leadership is transparent with finances & decision-making - Decent benefits package for such a small company - Extremely solid market future - Valued understanding there is life outside of work

      Cons

      - While some see it as a perk, the concept of "unlimited PTO" has its drawbacks - While I personally thrive in it, the nature of a startup is dynamic, uncertain, unpredictable, continually changing and fast. This isn't for everyone.

      - Leadership, particularly Yuval Lubowich, the Co-founder and CTO, demonstrates unprofessional behavior on multiple occasions. His actions reflect political biases and discriminatory tendencies, which created a hostile work environment. - His management style lacks maturity, and it often feels unprofessional and emotionally charged, making it difficult to thrive in the workplace.
