      Incredibly toxic and unethical

      can't think of anything notable

      Management is so unequipped I was hired for the wrong job, without understanding what a designer vs engineer is. CEO literally tried to make a move on me at a company party. Then I was fired for no valid reason.

      Pros

      Used to be a very innovative, one in a kind organization that supported and partnered with most of the indie emerging brands.

      Cons

      But the change of ownership and therefore leadership is now a major threat for its successful continuation. The company has a hard time reinventing its now outdated model and hiring the right people to support its ambitions.

      You’re either in or your out and if you can’t play the game, or choose not to manage corporate politics, you won’t last long.
