Good work infrastructure such as IT facilities as well as great medical coverage.
Cons
Probably so far the most unpleasant work experience I have ever had. Generally the top management is professional and able to give out clear and strategic direction. However there are incompetent and 'stuck in the past' middle management who were unable to execute to operations level nor helping to steer any transformation. HR surprisingly can greatly influence and almost make business decision which is to the biggest surprise. If you are an experienced and ambitious employee you could feel extremely frustrated.
