      Free coffee, summer fridays, nice office/equipment.

      Cons

      Lots of forced unpaid mandatory jewish holidays off, no raises or room for advancement, sexist atmosphere toward non-Jewish males, CEO likes to "hug" the women staff daily, shady place in general.

      The hours were good.

      Back stabbing staff. Art director is nasty and plays favorites. Has sales people do the dirty work of firing her employees.
