Very rewarding job where you will see the benefits of your hard work through the children's progression. More than enough training offered if you feel you are not coaching at a good standard.

Cons

Very young team so can be difficult to have everyone pulling in one direction.

its a job money decently managed good for progression

female colleagues are grown adults but are immature, bullies, speak badly about me to eachother but make sure they are in ear shot looking at me and giggling and put me down daily. not just coaches, also head coaches.
