Pros

Music in the office, you can get overtime often.

Cons

2 days of training. People are fired weekly. The owners and trainer yells to the whole call center if numbers are low. You're expected to make minimum 200 calls a day spam calling random numbers that have nothing to do with taxes. They reserve their big leads for those who have been there awhile. You'll be cursed out by customers constantly because this company will spam call the same number multiple times daily for even weeks. (Even when they're supposed to be on a do not call list.) It's $17 an hour but if you don't hit certain criteria that half is luck based you could get let go within two weeks. Also the trainer interrupts you a lot, is constantly on his phone for personal things, and is SUPER dismissive. Also they don't offer any PTO at all.
