Nice people and good environment. People like the products, so it is easy to measure return and feedback. Nice projects.

Cons

Lack of good strategy, some old employees are too old fashioned. It is a family company and they don't offer good benefits.

Colleagues made lots of friends. Job security, fair wages. They gave a good benefits package. Central location. Good training programme

Cons

, lack of progression for ethnic minorities, cliquey management who showed favouritism . Managers who have never done the role and so are unable to support staff
