- coworkers were great - principles were knowledgeable - location - never had to wash my own glass

Cons

- expected you to work late hours very frequently - 2% raise every year - HR is one of the partners (huge conflict of interest) - frequently witnessed managers yelling at their designers and clients - partners turn a blind eye - partners treated all assistants with no respect - does not offer Visa sponsorship - very little paid holidays - employees pay for monthly parking - very few benefits - huge turnover - lack of work life balance
