Everything else. Someone looking over your shoulder the entire day. Goals are often unattainable. Heavy favoritism means you could be on a poor performing program forever. Ownership states they don’t use scripts but then gives you a script and scolds you if you don’t use it. Management only knows one way and if that way doesn’t work then the program underperforms and the SDR is held responsible, even though they are only using the tools they were given. Very heavy turnover. People are fired all the time with no notice. If the company is short on clients then SDR’s are let go. Management is very much “what have you done for me lately.” Commissions rates can be changed without notice to save the company money and sometimes are not paid at all. No opportunity for advancement, at all. In short, run far, far away.
