Useless hiring process with paid-less time consuming training phases

No Pros as such. Only join this Company if you want to waste your precious time.

They are not even ashamed of wasting people's time, giving them useless training, and then deciding whether to keep them or throw them off

Work from home and normal shift

Cons

They force you to do unnecessary trainings which last for 30-45 day without pay. Employees will get the salary only after deployment. Deployment is totally uncertain, it can take more that 3 months. No culture and owners are rude.

1. Extremely bad work culture. They will push you to complete some stupid training which is not even relevant to the job role. 2. The management is so rude and arrogant. 3. No job security at all. They will throw you out by giving some irrelevant reason. 4. Bad work ethics. If you have applied for Four hours shift, they will make you work for 8 hours. 5. Everything is so so bad about this company. Please don't waste your time here. This company has no base.
