      - The team is highly motivated to work towards the product. - Huge learning curve, almost all the employees are well experienced with different skillset and backgrounds. - Flexible work time: Work as per your schedule and as per your availability. - Great Team.

      Cons

      - Multiple small projects would be happening at the same time, you should be prepared for that. Indeed, startups are heavy machinery, sometimes it is fun too.

      Pros

      Grow Simplee is really moving, with some really exciting and transformative projects. It may not be the place if you want to be a passive passenger but if you want to have meaning in your work, efforts rewarded and want to be involved in making a difference there can be no better place.

      Cons

      The company is very fast-paced with lots of exciting things going on all the time, the downside to this is that you can get caught up very quickly and need to have the self-discipline to prioritise and find a work-life balance.
