Pros
I was given a lot of support and mentorship throughout my time here and grew significantly as a young professional. GVio is a company that emphasizes the importance of iteration and creative problem-solving. I was given the freedom to share new ideas, test things and develop new skills that would help me perform better in my role. Occasionally we would come together as a company to tackle a design challenge that I was having on the marketing side, and I found this really helpful. It was valuable to gather everyone in one room and get their individual perspectives and ideas.
Cons
Not a real downside for me, but some people prefer a medium to large company environment, and GVio is a small company. To me this was a bonus because I got to know my colleagues very well.
