Poor management and pay

Good team and good location

Cons

Horrible pay, they use and abuse their employees putting them under a traineeship. Management sucked. We didn't have a manager for 3 months and then when the new one came in, she was incredibly mean and passive aggressive.

Pros

Flexible hours, 'free' food after working 5 hours.

Cons

Terrible pay, you often get overworked for what you do. Team leaders only get a dollar or two more pay raise when taking on the role. Management is unprofessional, and under-trained. Restaurant regularly understaffed.
