      Racist Colleagues and Low-Ball

      If you are an engineer, you have an engineering degree (BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management), you should be making $85,000 starting entry level with some internship experience. I know a ton of people here who are low-balled and make $55,000 despite having a degree in engineering. Maybe it is their fault for not asking around the industry, but people get low-balled here and the turnover rate is every 2-3 years. People do not stay. The NEPOTISM and grooming for bigger things is big at this company, too.

      Nice Offices, some great people, trusted name in the industry, long and interesting history. Great company functions

      Cons

      Nepotism, It matters more where you go to church, who you drink with etc. than the work output or hours put in.
