      Bad place to work

      Pros

      Remote/WFH, 401k matching, okay benefits, okay PTO, learning some new skills, working with data, stable industry no matter the economy

      Cons

      Very chaotic and unorganized teams and processes, really bad managers, too much work and not enough people, have to work nights and weekends often, no upwards growth opportunities, zero culture, stressful deadlines, etc..etc.
