Pros

I worked for Hong Kong office previously and was one of the employees who joined this company in early stages. Seeing some very negative feedback on this platform, I want to write something more fair to justify the working environment in GreySpark. Working in GreySpark is a truly enjoyable experience for myself. My manager is of cheerful character which create a pleasant work environment to work in. He is a very down-to-earth person and doesn't mind to walk you through some of the simplest tasks a junior member would be asked to do, which eliminates the massive hierarchy in most of the bigger companies. He is a supportive manager as well as he will always stand up for you and back you up when you need to be.

Cons

Might be slightly difficult for some people that are just looking for some short-tern contract works as this company is looking for people that are looking for a long term career and those who want to build and grow with this growing firm.

We are very pleased you have had such a positive experience and also thank you for the contribution you have made to the firm. I would agree with the Cons section: our intention from the start has been to offer a career at GreySpark, not an associate model. This does present its own difficulties however we feel our commitment to employees is reflected in the overall positive and enthusiastic attitude they portray. Good luck with your next role!

Working at GreySpark Hong Kong

Pros

I've been working here for just over a year now. This is a great, ambitious company where you're encouraged to go after new opportunity and chase what you want. Still growing here in Asia, it presents lots of opportunities for Consultants to achieve and grow at a faster rate than most other firms. With an already fast expanding workforce, I definitely see GreySpark being a leading consulting firm across Asia Pacific.

Cons

As a small company you have to be ambitious and entrepreneurial. If you want to just turn up and do your job and only your job you won't get far. Here they tend to challenge you and ask you to be involved in projects/ research that some people might find a little out of their comfort zone.

Pros

Working hours are relatively short

Cons

No training, no guidance from management, and no career path, and very low yearly pay raise. Don't waste your time here, almost everyone here are very unhappy.
