Clocking out early is nice, but management is lacking

Best part of working here is being able to clock out 10 minutes early to change and go home.

Cons

Its a typical corporation. High expectations, terrible management, poor quality leaving the shop, all they talk about is budget and what we need to do better. Never wanting to actually spend money.

Pay, start you really low and make it hard to receive raises. Managers know very little about work that’s actually being done
