It’s a great place to land if you’re burned out from B2C, or looking for intro level solar materials or B2B experience.

Pros

Very easy position, if your market is conducive to solar. Great if you want to up your cash reserves and regain your fire for another company while you recharge there.

Cons

Terrible leadership on the regional and local levels with an inability to make adjustments in real time. No advancement opportunities unless someone quits. Kids in key leadership roles with no industry experience and profit center managers think they’re kings.

Not really a toxic workplace, flexible with time off, small team to bond with.

Cons

Expectation is to go above and beyond every day, no excuses. Micromanagement all around. Base pay isn't worth it, yearly bonus is mythical, volatile, and subjective.
