The people are incredible to work with.

Cons

Some stress on the business as contracts come and go and team layoffs occur, but not unlike the rest of the industry.

Great pay and ability to work from home.

Cons

The mitigation divisions processes were extremely unorganized and no clear guidance was given once hired. Help from management was close to nonexistent. Management spent 99% of their time drumming up additional clients and not correcting the areas where the department was lacking. No clear direction of their processes and zero onboarding training made it nearly impossible to be successful in your job.
