Pros

Some of the most wonderful people on a personal level. New building, pay day breakfast, exam/course/training financial support available for all levels. Support staff are fantastic and make life that bit easier daily.

Cons

Priorities are very wrong. The wonderful people are running out the door at all levels. Opportunities are provided to the same few repeatedly. Some upper management are intolerable and those that aren’t and could improve things are ignored and their ideas cast aside. Zero opportunity to develop professionally, titles thrown around but very little actual progression or improvement in level of employee competency. Knowledge sharing below director level is a myth for most. Very much a react approach and reliance placed on opinions of those least experienced to give them. I have also witnessed bullying at the top levels on more than one occasion. No longer the place it was.

Pros

Some good people, some interesting strategy/finance work. If you cannot get into either of these areas, you won't have much of a CV to build there.

Cons

If 1 senior person decides they don't like you, you are going to be on the bench until you leave the company. If you make a mistake, you are on the bench indefinitely. It is unfortunate how many people I saw go through this. It really affected them. The probation period for all is 6 months. They typically use this like a long-term interview process to see if they want to keep you. If they don't have enough work, or simply dislike you, they will get rid of you. I have worked in other consulting firms and found this truly awful. It is not industry standard.

Pros

Nice office with a good location in Dublin

Cons

Please read the other negative reviews, they are accurate. Do not be fooled by the nice building and friendly interview, that is completely false. None existing leadership, woeful communication and the worse atmosphere you could wish to work in. Some friendly people in the firm. Unfortunately, this is overshadowed by senior staff and partners who are too high ego to even say 'Hello'. Some of the most awfully mannered people I have ever met. Staff leave on a weekly basis, the firm has no care for your health or wellbeing. Poor social events with budgets that a corner shop would stretch further on. Do yourself and favor and keep looking elsewhere!!
