Pros

Amazing colleagues, great company values, fully remote, great health and dental benefits included within employment package. WFH monthly expense, no meeting days and unplug days (additional to annual leave). Good pension.

Cons

Maternity leave is not as competitive as other Tech companies which range from 5 - 6 months full pay.
