      Small place so you will fill many roles, also little chance of moving to management due to size

      Cons

      Work/life balance is terrible. Received a calendar invite after hours for early next morning and then reprimanded for missing a meeting that started before I clock in. Health insurance is terrible and expect large bills because they don't cover much of anything.
