Pros

Great company to work for that really takes care of and looks out for employees that care and want to work hard to do an excellent job. Pay and benefits are good. Large company with a small company feel, so there is really a sense of teamwork and camaraderie between employees and management.

Cons

Hard to think of any big cons... there are things here and there, as with any employer, but this is the best company I've worked for.

Pros

Good benefits, solid health insurance, employee stock purchase plan, and lot of great people. Good opportunities for travel and experiences in the field.

Cons

Management is a revolving door. Constant restructuring, shuffling of roles, slashing budgets, and rotating divisional leadership made it very difficult to execute on long-term initiatives. Incompetent managers are allowed to stay in their roles for way too long. In addition, there is a complete lack of marketing expertise at the Senior Leadership level, and this has allowed for poor marketing and digital leaders at every level. Marketing teams are mostly lead by engineers, and that is not a recipe for success; morale suffers and talented marketers always eventually leave. Graco has antiquated WFH policies, little trust in employees, and their lack of forward-thinking will make it very difficult to attract top talent. They are already seeing this in many of the technical/digital roles they are trying to fill. Graco's short-sighted "squeeze blood from a stone" mentality is going to cause significant talent gaps in the future, if it hasn't already.
