      Its the best Civil Service dept I've worked for, however...

      - DDAT automatically applied pretty much -My line manager is great - Really care about wellbeing - Great networks

      Cons

      - If I get a promotion (which I've been told I should go for), I get approx £1250 raise a year for a whole promotion yet a huge load of responsibility as I am now the top of my current band? - Headcount freeze yet allowed to spend millions on contractors from Deloitte.... - Contractors that I'm managing on £700 a day and I'm on a third of their wage because I'm permanent - People taking advantage of flexible working and I have to manage that
