      Poor management choices, worst ethics I’ve ever seen

      Pay frequency, flexibility, that’s it.

      Cons

      Lack of direction - upper management doesn’t know what they are doing, when you file complaints that goes against ethics they do not care. They make blanket policies that don’t work for every location because every location has a different culture to it.
