Pros

- Well-designed interview and homework. Thoughtful onboarding and feedback collection - Clear and motivational product vision, and are articulated in a humanistic manner. - World-class product, team and culture. With well documented and ever-evolving processes. - Everyone's a teammate, not bosses or managers. Everyone enjoys individual freedom, yet educate and nurture one another. - The company benefits are so good that it makes you question reality. - Work-life balance is not a slogan here. It's everyday practice.

Cons

- This is not for you if you 1) prefer being micro-managed and take fewer risks 2) find it boring to craft a single 2C utility app for the coming years 3) prefer the game of corporate ladder and fancy titles 4) don't agree with Ray Dalio, Basecamp, Google's ways of doing things
