No proper training, not enough meetings to keep the department flowing smoothly, racial discrimination everywhere by Korean staffs, shady business. They seem to have a high turnover rate due to keeping this one particular department manager who doesn't know how to communicate properly and continues to be stubborn when clearly his plans aren't functioning well. Ideas and ambitions were shut down, budget was limited (or not going where it should), and teamwork was nonexistent because this particular manager wants to pin people up against each other since he apparently feels threatened when people actually want to work as a team? He wants to play politics when all that time and energy can be productively spent on things that actually work.... I don't know. LOL Just beware.
There are other illegal, shady things that the company was doing but, I feel bad for the employees that actually work hard to keep the company running.
