      Pros

      The only pros and saving grace is that the company got acquired by Digital China Group. With the heavyweight behind this thai company, the company has access to the huge talent and resources of DCG.

      Cons

      The company with a thai centric engineering team who can't communicate properly in english is going to be the Achilles heel for MNC and enterprise. The management is practically useless with no strategy, no direction and no leadership quality.
