      1. Decent working environment 2. Long product Roadmap 3. Great opportunity to learn and grow 4. Great vision 5. Sales driven company and sky is the limit specially for sales department.

      Cons

      1. Hierarchy is not maintained. After top department heads all other employees are on same level irrespective of designation or experience. 2. No weekend off (except second Saturday and that to is waived-off in case there is any holiday is observed in that week).
