Good salary and benefits for medical, vacation days, 401k matching and education support.
Cons
Inexperienced leadership team with the NYC Corporate HQ that consistently displayed a passive aggressive communication style such as internally blaming employees for business challenges without directly engaging the problem professionally. The NYC Management team consistently failed to self correct and take responsibility for their the lack of leadership and communication.
