Race discrimination is apparent in the company. Some British leaders show race discrimination obviously during work. If you claim you have a diverse workplace in job description, please behave as what you claim in the public. Please, please, please, show your respect to each employee, leaders! It's not a white company, but what your attitude is to tell your employees that you embrace race discrimination in your mind strongly and deeply. Exactly, Gleeds is a British company, but don't present yourself as a blue-blood person, in fact, you are nothing! Be fair to everyone, including African American, Asians, Latinos, and other colorful races. Otherwise, nobody is willing to work for you!!!

a) You wont get an appointment letter, instead they will give you LOI. b) Nothing is disclosed properly (rules, allowances etc). c) Technically not up to the industry requirement. d) Data is not centralized & information flow is not proper. e) They will terminate you once project is completed. f) Finally make you feel that you have worked for such an organisation
