The Senior management are building their ivory towers and treat their staff as monkeys who turn a handle and who must be eternally grateful to be paid. The Senior leadership are Megalomanicas in every sense of the word. Make no mistake; the company is 100% profit focused and 0% people focused. No personal development, no praise, no positive feedback, no employee engagement. Minimal benefits. Overtime expected as the standard. High stress, tempo and projects are always late due to lack of staff resource, which comes down to the revolving door aka retention. So many good people have come and gone, but the management doesn't care as long as the finance figures look 'ok.' People are merely an inconvenience which impacts their bottom line.
