      Tons of potential, but not easy to do well

      Pros

      The pay is great if you can get a system rolling. Sometimes resources and support can be promised but not followed up on. The high do make the lows worth it if you can find a way to get consistent results. After your 13 month you get residual which does build up and gives you a baseline of about $300-$1k depending on your individual performance. tons of flexibility as far as taking time off. no requirements or quotas if discussed and scheduled.

      Cons

      there is NO CONSISTENCY in the job support. Chargebacks can eat significant portions of your paycheck if they add up all at once. no work-life balance with the hours required to perform at a high level; its truly a lifestyle that you have to commit to the struggle and be ok with that for as long as it takes.

      Great place to grow your career!!

      Pros

      Your success is up to you! Work hard, make a great paycheck for you and your family. This stuff isn’t hard, you just have to have a good work ethic! It’s that simple! Don’t bother joining this company if you are a negative person. They will not deal with it and you will not succeed.

      Cons

      The work hours starting out can be long. But you have the opportunity to decrease the amount of hours you work as you start getting better at your sales. Hang in there!!! Put hard work up front and the hours you work will decrease over time.

      This place is the most fun place I’ve ever worked, great supportive people with a true team atmosphere.

      You are fully in control of how much money you make and how fast you move up, it is all performance based.

      Cons

      Hours are long some days.

      -Ability to work fully virtual -Ability to make your own schedule -Freedom to run your team/business how you feel is best

      Cons

      -Full 1099 - schedule may move past regular working hours if a client would like to sit down late
